The Origin of a Passion

Cars have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Having grown up in a family involved in the automotive industry, I quickly developed a passion for vehicles—but above all, for the human connections that are forged behind every transaction.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a major automotive group and to become a shareholder in it. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the industry, leadership, and what it takes to build a high-performing organization. But beyond the results, it has above all allowed me to clarify my own vision for the automotive industry: a company where people come first.

To build an automotive group recognized for the excellence of its customer experience, the quality of its teams, and the trust it inspires in every community it serves. We believe that growth must stem from a solid reputation, a strong corporate culture, and a sincere commitment to the people we serve.

A New Chapter in Entrepreneurship

In 2025, driven by the desire to build an organization that fully reflects my values and to truly call the shots, I decided to sell my stakes in the franchises where I was a shareholder in order to embark on a new chapter as an entrepreneur.

A few months later, in September 2025, this vision took shape with the acquisition of Nissan Ste-Agathe. Then, in January 2026, Mazda Saint-Jérôme joined the venture. Since the beginning of this project, I’ve been fortunate to be able to count on my brother, Kevin Leclair, who shares this vision and serves as a partner in the development of these two dealerships.

These acquisitions represent the first steps in a long-term project: building a growing, independent automotive group recognized for its leadership, integrity, and deeply human approach.
